The moment you hear Azan (the call for prayer) that is the starting of Solat for that particulart time, and the moment you hear it too, that is the ending for the time before. Eg. You hear Azan in the morning, that is Subuh and it also means that is the end of Solat for Isyak (Night Prayer)
