There's a lot of tricks to achieve one but the most effective way of nailed it through,
1) Disable as many as programs as possible that run on startup; Task manager > startup > status > Disabled
2) 'Power saver' plan in windows 10 is suck. It does reduce the energy but it affect the performance badly. Quickest way to improve it by change the plan at; Control panel > Hardware and sound > Power options > Plans shown on the battery meter > change either to 'Balanced (recommended)' or ' High performance'
3) Clear up your %temp%
These 3 usually sufficient enough to do the tricks. at least it does to us.
