How to use cd in Command Prompt for specific directory?

before using cd, start with cd\ instead to the root, and then dir to show directory list. u can add a flag to it to show more. for example dir /p /s . use the path for cd. example : cd c:\users - Malaysia's programming knowledge sharing platform, where everyone can share their finding as reference to others.
