Which one is more ideal for Everest lift: 4" body lift or 2" lift on body & shackle/torsion bar cranks respectively?

My aim is to put the 33 tire without rubbing the fender during turns and bump, but not sure which method is the ideal practise. Currently I pron to former due to less hassle. Idea?
